Help for grown-ups

For questions about the game or purchases, an adult can contact us.

Adults can contact voxelisles.support@gmail.com. Tell us the level, what happened, the app version, iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version. We do not need a child's name, photo, recording, Apple password or payment-card information.

What is free?

The 10 Forest main games are free. Chapter 1 unlocks 30 main games across Ocean, Garden and Vehicles with a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. Future packages are not included. Cosmetic friends are free. Apple shows the price before purchase.

How do I restore a purchase?

Check your internet connection and sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Open the game's settings, answer the grown-up question, and choose Packs → Restore purchases. Restoring returns package access; it does not transfer another device's local gameplay progress. A pending or cancelled purchase does not unlock a package.

How do I change sound or language?

Parent settings have separate Music, Effects, Guidance and Language tabs. Check the in-app mute setting, device volume and connected headphones or speakers if there is no sound. Available languages are Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese and Arabic.

Where is progress stored?

On the device. Do not delete the app as your first troubleshooting step, because progress may be lost. Close and reopen the app first. Keeping your device backup up to date before updating is helpful.

Where are mini games?

Choose Mini games from the home screen for colors, counting, recognition, shapes and large shape-fitting activities. These are selected separately from the main worlds.
